To make most out of your well deserved ‘Me-Time’, please read the suggested advice below.

Book Your Appointment

Our treatments are very popular, so to avoid disappointment please call to book in advance: +44 (0) 208 9943495, or email us at chiswick@himalayanspa.co.uk. All clients must be at least 15 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Mobile Phones

To respect other clients’ privacy and to ensure you enjoy your treatment undisturbed, please switch off your mobile phones when entering the spa.


We recommend you shave at least two hours before any facial treatment.

Pre waxing

Avoid usage of sauna, steam room, sun exposure and exfoliation 24 hours prior to any waxing treatments.

When To Arrive

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your first scheduled treatment (and at least 10 minutes before every subsequent treatment). Clients who arrive late may have their treatment time shortened to finish at the scheduled time. Payments will be charged in full.


Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations; otherwise you will be liable to pay the full amount for the booked treatment. This also applies to Gift Certificates.

We believe in rewarding our guests for their loyalty therefore, for every visit, you will receive a stamp. Every 5 loyalty stamps make you eligible for £10 value to redeemable against any treatments  but they have no alternative cash value. Terms & Conditions apply.

Medical Conditions

We want you to feel as safe and nurtured as possible and that’s why all treatments are booked subject to medical status, which must be disclosed on booking. If you have a medical condition, and would like to discuss the options available to you, our team is happy to offer guidance and assistance. The suitability of treatments will be reconfirmed on arrival (and your information will remain completely confidential).
